David has been teaching guitar and English for the past 35 years. His English teaching career started when he set up an English teaching centre in Tak, Thailand along with his wife, Dot. On moving back to the UK, he has worked in language schools, hospital education departments, teacher training, online courses, and teaching home-stay English courses to students who have stayed and studied in their home in Bournemouth on the south coast of England. He is an OET-recognised provider of  quality OET/English tuition.

David is a keen walker and walks along the Bournemouth promenade most evenings which is only a few minutes walk from the house. He is a keen guitarist having developed his own style of music using his classical guitar with a few pedals creating ambient guitar music that he plays in cafes and elsewhere when he has the time.
